Fun, friendly, and open to all ages and abilities, Wednesday night Masters Athletics at Knox is a fantastic way to develop your fitness. Ranging from short sprints to longer distance, events change weekly and are usually handicapped by either time or distance so that everyone competes on an even footing with an equal chance of success.
