XCR'16 Round 6 - Sandown Racecourse sees the second relay of the season occur at the iconic speedway. Teams battle over a 3.1Km circuit; a single lap for juniors and double for seniors and masters. Home to a number of motorsport and equine events, the testing conditions and winds that blow through Sandown are a test for the greatest of athlete. Little Athletics Victoria's Road Relays are incorporated into the event.
Round 5 of the 2016 XCR Winter Season at Bundoora Park doubles as the Selection Trials for the 2016 Australian Cross Country Championships. This bumper day of cross country racing incorporates the Victorian All Schools Cross Country Championships. Open and Masters Men and Women race over 10 K of the gruelling slopes of Bundoora Park, while the Juniors race over 3km, 4km, 6km or 8km.
