Event Plan

This plan is for people who wish to have a detailed and customised endurance training plan to follow without any further follow up or coach input.

This is a detailed training plan only and does not include any feedback, adjustment or further contact with the coach after delivery.
Strength Plan
Powerlifting / General
$ 200 + GST / 13 weeks
This plan is for people who wish to have a detailed and customised strength training plan to follow without any further follow up or coach input.
