This plan is for athletes who are driven to pursue their long-term performance goals and want to get the most from themselves in every session and capitalise on the full benefits of the coach-athlete relationship.

    (advanced training load analysis)

  • Race Strategy + Post Analysis

    (training + racing)

  • Detailed Monthly Plan

  • Regular Program Revision

  • Regular Feedback (via TrainingPeaks)

  • Monthly Program Review

  • Event-specific S&C Program via Visual Coaching Pro
    (with mobile app + videos)

Event Plan

Run / Bike / Tri

$ 130 + GST / per month of program

This plan is for people who wish to have a detailed and customised endurance training plan to follow without any further follow up or coach input.

  • Detailed Plan for duration of program

  • Athlete Training Zones (PWR / HR / PACE) *
    – RUN programs are Pace and Heart-Rate based
    – BIKE programs are Power based
    – TRI programs are Pace based for the Swim, Power based for the Bike, and Pace/HR based for the run.

    * Athlete must have undergone recent testing prior to the development of this program.

Strength Plan

Powerlifting / General

$ 200 + GST / 13 weeks

This plan is for people who wish to have a detailed and customised strength training plan to follow without any further follow up or coach input.

  • Detailed Plan for duration of program

  • Exercises, Sets, Reps, Weights, Rest Times and technique notes

  • Exercise Demonstration Videos

  • Delivered via online platforms:
    – Visual Coaching Pro 2
    – PUSH Platform (requires own PUSH sensor with bar and arm sleeves)

  • Competition Day Plan

  • Sports Nutrition Guidelines
