Beginner Plan
Our Beginner plan is for the person who wants to reap the advantages of a coach-guided daily Training Program, and is either time-poor or isn’t ready to commit to more than one Group Session per week.
Developing Plans
Our Developing plan is for the person who wants to reap the advantages of a coach-guided Daily Training Program, and is also wanting to utilise the many benefits of additional Group Training sessions per week. As this person is committing more to their training, additional services are included in their Program.
Serious Plan
Our Serious level plan is for the person who has a specific goal, and is serious about committing to achieving it. This plan requires motivation, dedication, and long-term commitment. Your drive and dedication is matched by us, and many additional services are included to help you achieve your goal.
